How to submit a helpdesk ticket:
- Go to www.parksidetech.com and select "My Account" from the upper right-hand corner
- Login with your account username and password
- In the Recent Support section of the client portal page, select Open New Ticket
- Select Support Department
- Fill in the required fields and click submit
