How to reset your account password

How to reset your client portal user's password.

  1. In a browser go to and select "My Account" in the upper right-hand corner.
  2. Click "Forgot Password?"
  3. Enter the email address you have set for your account.
  4. You will then be emailed instructions on resetting your password so you can then log in.
